DESCRIPTION

DCF Clear Liquid Release Agent produces a clean parting agent between stamping tools and either polymer overlays or poured concrete. Although liquid release is used as a cleaner alternative for powder release agent when stamping concrete, it is a necessity when stamping polymer overlayment. Liquid Release also prolongs tool life by decreasing the friction between the stamping mats and the concrete. Surface washing or removal of the Liquid Release is not necessary as this product will evaporate.

APPLICATION

Apply Liquid Release with a pump-up type sprayer to the tools (usually once) and to the surface to be stamped. Only cover an area that can be stamped within approximately ten minutes or re-application may be required. Liquid Release coverage rates are approximately 200 ft2 per gallon for concrete and 175 ft2 per gallon for polymer overlays.
